All apartments are fully furnished (furnishings include bed, dresser, nightstand, sofa and/or love seat, end table and coffee table). Rice Rentals pays water bills for these apartments. Tenants shall pay a one time trash fee of $100 per person, due at lease signing.  Units A-D have a/c.  Other units may use window  a/c units.  Units F,G,H include microwaves.
