Apartment B is a 2 bedroom unit that also rents for $380/person/month, + gas. 

Tenants share a coin operated washer/dryer easily accessed in the basement. Limited on street parking is available to tenants.  No air conditioning provided.  Tenants can furnish their own window units with written Landlords  agreement & permission.  Unit A has a dishwasher and microwave.

Rice Rentals pays water and electric bills. Tenants shall pay a yearly trash fee of $100 per person.
