Apartment A is a 3 bedroom unit that rents for $380/person/month, + gas.   

Tenants share a coin operated washer/dryer easily accessed in the basement. Limited on street parking is available to tenants.  No air conditioning provided.  Tenants can furnish their own window units with written Landlords  agreement & permission. 

Rice Rentals pays water and electric bills. Tenants shall pay a yearly trash fee of $100 per person.
