Very close to WVU’s downtown campus, the building is approximately 500 feet from the Life Sciences and College of Business & Economics buildings. Off-street parking (by permit only) is also available for $100 per lessee. There are eight one-bedroom apartments of various size and type:
Apartments A, B, C, and D are $400/month plus power
Apartments E and F are $375/month plus power
Apartment G is $360/month plus power
Apartment H is $400/month, which includes all utilities
Tenants shall also pay a one time trash fee of $90. Rice Rentals is responsible for the water bill.
