Very close to WVU’s downtown campus, the building is approximately 500 feet from the University’s Life Sciences and College of Business & Economics buildings. Off-street parking (by permit only) is also available for $100 per lessee. There are eight one-bedroom apartments of various size and type. All apartments are fully furnished (furnishings include bed, dresser, nightstand, sofa/love seat, end table, coffee table, and chairs).
Apartments A, B, C, D, and E are $450/month plus power
Apartment F is $400/month plus power;
Apartment G is $390/month plus power (also features microwave);
Apartment H is $425/month, features microwave and includes all utilities!
Rice Rentals pays water bills for these apartments. Tenants shall pay a one time trash fee of $90 per person, due at lease signing (along with $300 security deposit and last month’s rent).
