Apartment A is a 3 bedroom unit that rents for $325/person/month, plus natural gas;
Apartment B is a 2 bedroom unit that also rents for $325/person/month, plus natural gas.
Rice Rentals pays water and electric bills. Each building tenant shall also pay a $90 trash fee. Tenants shall pay a one time trash fee of $90 per person, due at lease signing (along with $300 security deposit and last month’s rent).
