ALL properties in Morgantown are within walking to WVU’s Downtown and Evansdale campuses. All properties require a $200 security deposit plus the last month’s rent (April 15, yearly), as well as a one-time trash fee of $90, due at lease signing. Beginning in the 2009 - 2010 school year, a $100 parking permit fee is required for the units indicated below. Rice Rentals does not permit pets in, on, or around our properties (including, but not limited to, dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, snakes, tarantulas, rats, etc.)
